No, back in the 90's there was NO data cap on most services. What a joke of a company Cox network is garbage and can't handle more than 1TB.
Obviously uncapped would be preferable but we all know that's not going to happen. What a joke of a company We frequently review that with leadership, and there was just an update a few weeks ago. Cox has stated data caps aren't a cash grab. The only conclusion you can draw from that is Cox's network is garbage because it can't handle 1TB. Overages and customers with the unlimited or GB plans are looked at similarly with the analysis.
But the guy that used 5 TB per month also pays for overages or an unlimited plan. So his rate is higher. Do you really believe this in your heart of hearts or are you just spinning the company line?
